"Lennon and Beethoven" Nov. 2007 Mary Baker Russell Staircase
This piece was completed by myself and a group of fellow art students at PLU. I had the idea for over a year and finally was granted permission to 'deface' the stair case of the beloved MBR building on PLU's campus. The piece was designed to incorporate the classical and modern beauty of music and art.
Well received on campus but, unfortunately, non-permanent which meant that I had to power wash it off in January.

What a shame!!!Is it gone now? Haven't they changed their mind after seeing what a masterpiece this is done as a unifying and beautification project? How ever did you get the image on a regressing set of steps so perfectly. I can't imagine it was projected because it was in daylight right?
This is indeed amazing.... darn shame it's gone. Do you also have WIP pictures? You should do more..
